Should articles of impeachment be submitted against Obama for being on the UN security Council?

Article I, Section 9, Clause 8:

“ No title of nobility shall be granted by the United States: and no person holding any office of profit or trust under them, shall, without the consent of the Congress, accept of any present, emolument, office, or title, of any kind whatever, from any king, prince, or foreign state.

By Obama holding BOTH positions, its “treason” and an impeachable offense.

If its not an American created organization then its a foreign created one. Now when the Constitution was created there were no NPO’s, so it can be argued its a foreign state.
Privacy N- Why would he accept this responsibility when no other president would?
Did they see something he couldn’t? or vice versa?

Privacy N- I don’t care how long the stint is, read the Constitution! It doesn’t say for only certain periods of time! Holding another title while president is prohibited, period!
And what the UN thinks, I don’t care! Its a leftist leaning group that has over 210 countries but the US provides aprox. 27% of its total income! We should leave this worthless organization!
